At DriftLoren, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy before placing an order.
1. Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items that have been worn or used
Items damaged by the customer
Items without original packaging
Items returned after the return period
Sale or clearance items, unless defective
3. Wrong Size
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, we may accept a return or exchange if the item is unworn and returned within the return period. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund if approved.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
